Meta Developer Setup
Connect your WhatsApp Business account to the Codebro platform.
Create a Meta Developer App
First, you need to register as a developer. Go to the Meta for Developers portal and create a new App.
- Select "Other" when asked about your use case for the app.
- Choose "Business" as the app type to access WhatsApp features.
- Give your app a clear, professional name that reflects your business.
Add WhatsApp Product
In your Meta App Dashboard, you'll see a list of products you can add to your app. Locate WhatsApp and click the Set Up button.
Once added, you'll be directed to the WhatsApp "Getting Started" page where you can find your temporary access tokens and ID.
Generate Access Token
For production applications, temporary tokens won't suffice as they expire in 24 hours. You must generate a System User Permanent Access Token.

Link your Meta credentials to Codebro AI.
Now that you have your Access Token, Phone Number ID, and WhatsApp Business Account ID, head over to the Codebro configuration page.

Webhook Setup
Enable real-time communication between Meta and Codebro.
Webhooks allow Meta to "push" incoming messages to Codebro instantly. You'll need to copy your unique callback URL from our dashboard and paste it into Meta.
1. Copy Callback URL
Find your unique URL in the Webhook section of your Codebro Dashboard.
2. Paste into Meta
Go to Configuration in your Meta App, click Edit Webhook, and paste the values.
